Civitas is a cloud-based, fully customizable data system and case management platform designed to support disability advocacy, housing navigation, and social services for communities large and small.
Civitas features the ability to track and issue financial assistance to clients, landlords, and other vendors including tools to track funding-streams, record financial assistance, approve assistance triggered by customizable thresholds, and even send checks and direct deposits to clients and vendors.
Civitas is built from the ground up for Counties to manage multiple organizations engaged in the same activities, connecting internal departments and external contractors all while maintaining strict standards for data privacy and security. All permissions and access to information is role-based, and highly customizable.
With Civitas our customers maintain ownership over their own data, with custom data integration available to weave the information bidirectionally with your existing systems and routines.
